GladRags are VERY simple to use. Each GladRag cloth pad consists of a snap-around holder and two inserts. GladRags work with all underwear. GladRags are made of cotton terry cloth and flannel. Because we believe in supporting a healthy planet without the use of pesticides, we only offer organic cotton GladRags. We believe strongly that if each individual takes a stand against pesticide use, together we will make a difference. We hope our children appreciate this! The benefit of organic cotton to you is the most chemical-free, healthy product which is also helping support a healthy environment.

The question most people ask is, "How many pads to do I need?" Well, it all depends.

• How heavy is your flow? You may need to change more frequently if your flow is heavier than most. Or you might want to use night pads for heavy flow.

• How frequently do you want to launder during your cycle? Obviously, the fewer you have, the more often you will have to launder.

• How many can you afford? You can always make do with fewer pads, but if you are looking for convenience, you might want to build your supply slowly if you can't afford all you want right now.

• I have found 6 day pads and 2 night pads to work very well.
