Teach Critical Thinking At Home
My favorite thing about all of "The Critical Thinking
Company" books is that they are so easy to use. Simply open the
book where you left off last, and go to work. Older kids can
work without your help, and younger kids need only simple
guidance. The way they weave critical thinking into all of their
products is pure genius, because kids are thinking without even
realizing it! Other material that I've come across is
teacher-centered, and WAY too much reading on HOW to teach
critical thinking. These books are workbooks for the student,
which teach critical thinking so that you don't have to learn
how to teach it!
