Policy
We do not share, sell, or trade
personal information with other companies. The only information collected here
is by our webserver (which tells where you click, not who you are), and by
PayPal so that you can make a purchase. Eve's Best does not receive your
personal financial information, but does receive your name and address in order
to ship your products. When you visit this site, the webserver will
automatically collect your current TCP/IP address and the URL of the page that
referred you to my site (this is called "referrer information".)
Newsletter- Should
you decide to sign up for our newsletter, you are able to unsubscribe yourself
at any time. This service is handled through an off site provider, and only
requires your name and email address. I will not provide this information to
other companies in any way.
Spam- We hate spam. We will not
email you unless responding to you or to let you know the status of your order/
backorder. Communication after this point will only take place if you have opted
to join our newsletter. We will keep all information provided by you private and
secure.
Other Links- This site contains
links to other sites. Once you enter another site, please be aware of their
privacy practices as they may be different from ours. When you link thru my site to other
sites your browser may tell the other site that you came from one of my pages.
This is called referrer information. This action is done by your browser.
Security- This site has security
measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information
under our control. We personally set up our own website and make all changes
ourselves; there is no third party involved. Our Internet Service Provider
requires user id and passcode to access any captured information by our site.

Payments by Echeck- Payments made by e-check must clear
before items are sent. This can take 3-4 business days, so please be aware when
you are paying that there may be a delay if you pay with an electronic check.
Shipping
Policy
We appreciate every customer that purchases products
from us, and try to treat every customer the way we would want someone to treat
us. We ship same day whenever possible. It is rare for a package to go out any
later than that. If a product
must be returned due to an error on the customer's part, shipping must be paid
by the customer for the return, as well as for the shipment of the correct
product. If we send the wrong item, we will cover all shipping expenses.
Some items are sent directly from the manufacturer or distributor, and may
not go out as quickly. Every effort is made to get any products you purchase to
you as quickly as possible. Most of these products leave the same day.
While many large stores lure customers with "free shipping," we are a small,
family run business that cannot afford to do that. We do offer fair shipping
prices that are usually less than actual shipping costs. Customers located
outside of the United States will have an added shipping cost, of which you will
be notified after we receive your order. You can also email us to inquire
beforehand.
Return Policy
We generally do not accept returns. If the quality
of the item you receive does not meet with your approval, please contact us.
Because we select high quality products we have never had a problem with this.
We do not accept returns on used or opened product. Should you change your mind
on a purchase for any reason before it is opened, and we have agreed to accept
your return, it is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Payment Policy
Because we use PayPal to accept PayPal funds, credit cards,
and e-checks, we do not get your credit card information.
Therefore, we cannot accept orders through email or phone. All
orders must be placed through our on-line shopping cart. We also
cannot add on items once you have checked out, since we cannot
bill your credit card or increase the amount you have already
paid. This protects you from charges you might not be aware of.
We also accept payments by
check or
