International Waterwise Customers

We have created this page for those customers who live outside of the USA, because we have noticed increased interest in the Waterwise products throughout the world. Here is some information that might help you, as well as the shipping prices we need you to add on to your order. If you order a Waterwise distiller or Airwise air purifier, please make sure you pay for the shipping at the time of your order.

It is important to know what voltage is used in your country. The standard Waterwise and Airwise will come with a 120 voltage. If your country uses 220, 230, or 240 you will need to specify that you need the 240 voltage Waterwise or Airwise when you place your order. Only models 4000, 9000, and 7000 have the 240 volt option, and all Airwise units come in both options. If you have any questions about this, please don't hesitate to ask. The following are estimated additional shipping costs for various destinations. If your country is not listed, select the one closest to you. Also, please note: If you order accessories or other items that will increase your shipping price, we will let you know that amount when your box is ready. You will be able to pay for additional shipping below these country specific buttons.

If you are asked to pay for shipping here, please note that we have already calculated the shipping you have paid with your original purchase. The amount you pay here is the final shipping payment we need to pay for the actual shipping costs. You may still be required to pay customs when your package arrives.
