Homeschooling
Homeschooling is a big part of our life. Like many
homeschooling families, we do things a little differently.
Mainly, we don't depend on anyone to do the raising of our
children for us. Adam and Eve didn't send little Cain and Abel
off to school everyday, and we feel that just like them, we were
given our children to raise, teach, and discipline ourselves.
Things didn't end so well with Cain and Abel, but I hope
by now we parents have figured out some stuff about raising
siblings and teaching them well!

homeschooling bargains. We used Hooked on Phonics for
teaching our son to read in kindergarten, and have some of those
kits available on our bargain page!
Learning Kits
During my first year of homeschooling, I developed a way of
teaching my son addition facts. He is certainly not a slow
learner, and really loves math. But being an efficiency expert,
I knew that there was a way to learn them faster! I have not
seen a system teaching how to memorize in this way, and it
helped him memorize the facts twice as quickly as he had been
learning them. So I decided to provide this system to other
parents in a kit we call "Sensible Addition." I hope to develop
other kits, but this is the first. Check it out!
Sensible Addition - A system for
teaching addition facts for ages 5 and above.
