His reading accomplishments blow me away. He just turned 6, and we are now using HOP for my 4.5 year old daughter. This program is for ages 4-7.

Some People I Know

Some People I Know is a social studies book from Houghton Mifflin. For reading ages 4-8, it is meant for grade 2, but we used it for Kindergarten. Unit titles include: Depending on Others, Knowing Your Family, Living in Our Country, and People Who Have Made a Difference.

Utilizes map skills quite well, and provides a good multi-cultural mix. We were very happy with this book! Hardcover, 192 pages.
