Healthy Body
A healthy body seems unattainable to many, and the day to day
requirement of taking care of yourself might seem like a
daunting task. But it CAN be done! It won't happen with just
eating right, or just exercising, or just reducing stress. It is
a multi-pronged process that requires consistency in many
different areas. We struggle just like anyone else, and fight
cravings just like you do. Even treating ourselves can get out
of control, but as long as we realize that we can veer off the
road a little bit without jumping off of it and giving up, we
are still moving forward. And the "light at the end of the
tunnel" will be a body that feels good, looks good, moves well,
and lives well. Isn't that all we really want?
