1. How many diapers do I need? The more diapers you have in your rotation, the longer your diapers will last. We recommend a minimum 12-24 diapers. This may vary based on your child's wetting habits. Remember, wash daily and rotate your stash evenly.

2. What is your guarantee? Use one diaper for two weeks. If you don't like it, you are welcome to return it along with any other unused and unwashed bumGenius products purchased at the same time for a full refund. (Less shipping).

3.How do I pre-wash my new bumGenius diaper? Just wash both the diaper and the insert once with just a little bit of detergent. You can wash these diapers in cold, warm or hot water. (We use cold water.) Make sure to add an extra rinse to remove lingering detergent in the diapers. Tumble dry on the medium setting.

4. What detergent can I use? You should only use detergents that are free of dyes, enzymes, perfumes, whiteners and brighteners. Using detergents containing these ingredients will cause damage to your diaper including elastic failure and leaking. Additional laundering instructions will accompany your order.

5. How do I use the insert? Holding the insert in one hand and the diaper in the other, place the insert into the slot located under the flap inside the diaper. Push the insert to 1" from the front of the diaper. Smooth the insert flat while pulling your hand back out of the diaper.

6. Should my insert be snapped or unsnapped? If you are using your diaper on the small or medium setting, you can use your insert snapped. If you are using the diaper on the large setting, the insert should be unsnapped. Some people prefer to unsnap the insert on the medium setting and just fold down the last little bit at the back of the diaper. It will work fine either way.

7. Should the snapped part of the insert go towards the front or the back of the diaper? It really depends on your baby! Little boys tend to do well with the folded part towards the front while little girls may do better with it towards the back. However, when in doubt, put the folded part towards the front.
